Danny and Marlene Cedotal founded Danny’s Cajun Catering in 1993 and have been pleasing customers such as Dow, Exxon, and other organizations and individuals ever since. Danny and Marlene both bring a wealth of experience, which they have applied to ensuring that customers receive the highest quality and service possible. Danny worked for 23 ½ years at Dow Chemical in various positions in operations, maintenance and management. Marlene brings experience from working as an insurance claims processor and 4 years in the purchasing department at Dow Chemical. It is this professional experience that enables Danny’s Cajun Catering to provide service that exceeds customer expectations. The Cedotal’s are also active in supporting the community and are member of the Iberville, Assumption and Ascension Chambers of Commerce and the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc.

The excellent quality of the foods provided comes from a long line of family traditions. Both Danny and Marlene grew up in families that loved to cook traditional Cajun home style recipes, so this is what you too, will experience. Dishes are prepared from scratch, using the finest and freshest ingredients available.

Danny’s Cajun Catering is located in White Castle, Louisiana, near famous Nottoway Plantation. The facility includes a large kitchen and food preparation area, a retail product sales counter and a banquet facility.

No party is too large or too distant for Danny’s Cajun Catering. We serve customers throughout south Louisiana and can handle all the details of keeping your guests happy to make any function hassle-free.
